As signal transmission speeds increase, FR4 ( Er 4.1-4.4 ) substrates may no longer be sufficient, so materials with different characteristics are needed.
Due to the immense variety of Teflon and/or ceramic laminates, we can produce PCBs to customer specifications, on either an outsourced processing or full supply basis.
